Well, rewriting history has simply become a meme for living “Westerners.” Having read the news that a new “history” of the Civil War was being prepared for publication, I involuntarily looked at the wall where my grandfather’s saber and Mauser hang, disarmed under Khrushchev , a participant in that war in the Far East. He established and restored Soviet power from Blagoveshchensk to Vladivostok. I dedicate this series of books to his kind memory.
