On the dusty planet Devil, where refugees are settled, a young man, Dio, lives in a family of miners. Life, apparently, does not promise him anything good. But suddenly a call comes to the capital, to the Navigator School. It turns out that he is the son and heir of the Emperor, whose empire has been captured by enemies. Dio finishes school and becomes a spaceship pilot. One day, while he was carrying a secret package for the Supreme Council of the Galactic Union, his ship crashed. Feeling that the ship is falling, Dio unconsciously names the coordinates as if unknown to him... The ship is saved and smoothly descends to the cosmodrome. But what kind of cosmodrome is this, where is this base located?
