The new textbook of chemical thermodynamics is written in accordance with modern university programs for chemists and chemical technologists. It contains a representative description of the fundamentals of thermodynamic science, along with a more concise presentation of issues of phase and chemical equilibria, solution theory, electrochemical thermodynamics, and the principles of thermodynamics of surface phenomena. The book uses material from lectures that the author gave over a number of years to 2nd and 3rd year students of the Russian Chemical Technical University. DI. Mendeleev.
