The events described in a new historical study by Guy Anonymous are drawn to a common point: the 14th century AD, which became a turning point in the history of Europe. The era of the Middle Ages collapsed suddenly and bloodily, within less than one century, which became for the inhabitants of those times a complete resemblance to the end of the world. In the period from 1315 to 1352, in just thirty-seven years, the Catholic universe was visited by all four horsemen of the Apocalypse - Famine, Pestilence, War and Death. Tens of millions of people became victims of several global cataclysms that broke out almost simultaneously on our continent. The author consistently tracks a series of incomprehensible disasters that occurred in an incredibly short period of time by historical standards and explains the emergence of many established prejudices that do not allow modern people to adequately perceive the Middle Ages. The book is part educational project "Antiquitas", is aimed at a wide range of readers and is recommended for high school and college students.
