The city is surrounded by a siege by the troops of the sovereign Heinrich Wiese, and only a powerful ally, Welf Askel, is able to help the besieged. But in order to ask Askel for help, one of the townspeople, risking his own life, must get out of the walls. And then a mysterious young man begins his game, calling himself the Wanderer. The only one who manages to accomplish the impossible again and again. The best of the scouts. The swiftest of messengers. The most fearless of warriors.
