Boris Zhukov’s book “Darwinism in the 21st Century” is dedicated to the current state of the theory of evolution and the place of original Darwinism in it. The author described in detail the history of evolutionary teaching, analyzed the arguments of its opponents and counter-arguments of its supporters, showed the weak and strong points of the theory of evolution, its connection with genetics, embryology and other sciences. And all this was generously seasoned with numerous examples from the animal and plant world, scientific experiments and descriptions of paleontological finds.
