Firstly, because this is how the roles were actually distributed between the co-authors. One engineer by training, a candidate of technical sciences, has been studying the problems of ether dynamics for several decades and may well lay claim to the role of a person who has something to say. (Even though what he said is not the ultimate truth, these thoughts are, let’s say, unconventional and thought-provoking.) The other, a writer and journalist, is less experienced in lofty matters, but asked more than one question during various conversations and press conferences thousand and believes that he is pretty skilled in this. And we hope that together we can clearly and clearly tell what kind of thing this is - the ethereal wind, where it blew from and whether you should also point your nose at that, or air, or some other stream...
