“The Human Cycle” is one of the fundamental works of the outstanding Indian yogi, thinker and poet Sri AUROBINDO (1872–1950). This is not a philosophical work, but rather Sri Aurobindo's global and superconscious vision of human history as an evolution of Spirit presented on a mental level. The successive stages of the evolution of human society are described, and various possibilities for its development in the future are explored. The emergence of a spiritual society and the ascent of humanity to a higher stage of evolution appears not as a utopia, but as a reality striving for its embodiment.
