And people will be forced to hide behind the high walls of four citadels. The wall is the only thing that saves people from inevitable death. And the first step towards this plan was the creation of the Phoenix units. All information about them was strictly classified, which gave rise to many of the most fantastic rumors about the fighters of these units. Although most people believed that phoenix fighters were immortal, in reality this was not the case.

Книга "Стіна" вражає своєю глибиною та оригінальністю. Автор майстерно створює атмосферу постапокаліптичного світу, де людство змушене боротися за своє виживання за високими стінами цитаделей. Сюжет захоплює з перших сторінок, а інтригуючий концепт тераформерів додає елемент загадки та напруження. Персонажі прописані дуже детально, їхні переживання та внутрішні конфлікти роблять їх близькими та зрозумілими. Ідея підрозділів "Фенікс" та їхня роль у боротьбі за повернення контролю над Землею викликає багато запитань і спонукає читача до роздумів про людську природу та відвагу. Я рекомендую цю книгу всім любителям наукової фантастики, адже вона не лише розважає, але й змушує задуматися про важливі питання сучасності.
