Methodological recommendations for MOYU students are a condensed summary of lectures by Vadim Valerievich Zaporozhtsev. In their preparation, the text of volume 3 of the “Guide to Yoga” “Axiomatics of Yoga”, published by “Yoga Press” with the support of A. Mikheeva, was used. In addition to the guidebook, Yoga Press has published the digest “All the best about yoga” and the yoga magazine “I Love Yoga” is published.  The peculiarity of these projects is that not professional journalists or writers took part in the work of the editorial teams, but practicing yogis, therefore all texts are written in understandable language on topics that are interesting to ordinary people.
