Anfisa Lebedeva thinks she is clairvoyant. The girl’s gift was revealed after a nervous shock when she was admitted to the hospital with suspected cancer. Everything, thank God, worked out, but since then Anfisa is sure: she is able to see the future. The small provincial town where she now lives is constantly shaken by her next prophecy. So, one day, coming to the local history museum, Anfisa sees a strange still life there, which depicts a vase, a weight and three rusty keys. The next day, the girl goes to the police and declares: a murder is being prepared in the city. No one believes her, but soon the corpse of the author of the painting, a Moscow artist, is actually found, and the still life itself disappears. Anfisa claims that the painting is worth a lot of money, and this reaches the local oligarch Nil Aksenkin, a lover of rarities and philanthropist.
