The historical and biographical book is dedicated to the life and work of the third chief designer of AVTOVAZ OJSC (1998-2003), the leading designer of the VAZ-2121 Niva (Lada 4x4), the head of the working group on projects for the production of LADA cars and auto components in Chechnya Republic, vice-president of the Russian Association of Automotive Engineers Pyotr Mikhailovich Prusov. The book is illustrated with photographs from the personal archives of P.M. Prusov, Yu.M. Ovchinnikov, archival funds of AVTOVAZ OJSC, photojournalists of the corporate newspaper Ekaterina Sergeeva and Yuri Mikhailin, working archives of Vadim Kotlyarov and Gennady Maslov (club of veterans of the Scientific and Technical Center "Rassvet"). The publication is intended for the mass reader.
