But the truth turns out to be not so black and white. Especially when Sebastian learns that many years ago the wise ruler of Cornell, then simply called Captain Brennan, brought from those very unknown lands, from the very heart of Tocopilla, a certain Gift of the Pool, which cost the lives of his entire team. The young man does not yet know that he will have to follow the trail of the lost expedition. He does not know that he is destined to turn gray after seeing with his own eyes the Pillars of Melquinn, and then learning what evil the Gift of the Pensieve contained. And is it even EVIL?..
