Kolya “Corby” Ryabin was an ordinary high school student. Автор майстерно передає внутрішній світ головного героя, Коля "Корбі" Рябіна, який намагається знайти своє місце в житті після страшної втрати. Його боротьба з демонами минулого, спроби зрозуміти себе та знайти спокій — все це викликає сильні емоції та співчуття. Зустріч з новим учнем Андрієм Токоміним стає каталізатором подій, які змушують Корбі знову зіткнутися з болем і таємницями. Напруга зростає з кожною сторінкою, а загадки, які оточують минуле, тримають у напрузі до самого кінця. Книга не лише про втрату, але й про надію, дружбу та силу духу.
