This collection is a generalized and literary simplification of the Teachings of the Blessed One, taken from according to the compiler, from the original, oldest books of the Pali Canon - the books that are its basis. Most of the repetitions, some examples, stories and everything that, in one way or another, does not relate, in the opinion of the compiler, to the practical side of the Teachings has been omitted. The main focus of this work is the systematic presentation of the main aspects of the Buddha's Teachings, in such a way that they can be easily understood. The generalization of the theses taken from the original books was done on the basis of the 37 Bodipakyadammas (Highest Fundamentals of the Teaching) - what the Enlightened One described as the basis of everything that he taught throughout his life. The translation and summary were made for one's own inspiration, reflection and introspection based on the Teachings of the Blessed One.
