The autobiographical novel by Nikolai Khrapov is undoubtedly the brightest page in the history of the evangelical movement in the former Soviet Union. The author’s life is unique, since in fact, just for writing this book, a 66-year-old man was sentenced to three years in prison. Shortly before the end of the last, fifth, term, he is “released”, forever. Nothing broke this hero of faith in his trust in God: neither the difficulties of life, nor the charm of temptation, nor threats from the KGB. He was and remains a winner.
