A real estate agent is found dead - right in the kitchen of the house he was supposed to show to a client. Inspector Matt Brindle begins an investigation, during which human bones, presumably female, are discovered in a disguised basement of a house. A young girl has disappeared from a neighboring village, and only her bracelet can be found. Her mother claims that her daughter was going to get a job and the bracelet was part of her uniform. During a search in the missing woman's room, Matt finds a business card with the name of a dubious club in a nearby town - underage girls work there. Someone is consistently killing young women, but neither the police team nor the club owner Martin Lomax yet understands who needs it.
