The outstanding Russian educator of the late 20th century, writer, historian and researcher Vadim Valerianovich Kozhinov (1930–2001) left us a legacy of many works devoted to the history of Russia and the destinies of its most prominent representatives. One of his most fundamental works is the biography of the remarkable Russian poet and thinker of the 19th century Fyodor Ivanovich Tyutchev (1803–1873).
