Автор майстерно порушує складні теми кохання, ревнощів і жіночої гідності, створюючи напружений сюжет, який тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Розповідь про Розу, жінку, яка, здавалося б, втратила все, але насправді виявляється сильнішою, ніж можна було б уявити, надихає на роздуми про власну цінність та важливість боротьби за свої права. Марина, як антагоністка, також вражає своєю рішучістю, і я не міг не відзначити, як автор вдало показує її внутрішні конфлікти.
