Alfred Nobel, founder of the most prestigious prize in the world, scientist and entrepreneur, inventor of dynamite, also created the largest oil company that challenged Rockefeller's famous Standard Oil. From that time on, a fierce struggle began between the Rockefellers, the Nobels and the Rothschilds who intervened in it for dominance in world markets. Swedish journalist Brita Osbrink tells in her book how this “battle of the giants” took place, in which the Russian emperors Alexander III and Nicholas II, German Chancellor Otto von Bismarck, English King Edward VII and many other famous politicians and entrepreneurs of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
