The essay is a unique source for studying the history of Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Its significance lies in the fact that it is almost the only source compiled during this period in this region. The essay provides historical and geographical information about the south of Kazakhstan (the cities of Sairam, Ispidzhab, Jend, Barchkent, etc.), as well as East Turkestan. The publication is based on a unique complete list of the essay, recently discovered in a private collection (Tashkent).
