The novel consists of two equal parts, each of which has its own subtitle. First part: “The essence of the island” Second part: “The essence of the island”. In the first case, the word “essence” is a noun, in the second – a plural verb (essence u003d take place), in the first case the word “islands” is a singular noun in the genitive case, in the second – “islands” is a plural noun in the nominative case case.
