Cadets of the Higher Far Eastern Engineering The Maritime School from Vladivostok traveled a difficult route along the Kuril Islands and the West coast of North and South America, descended to the south, visited Honolulu in the Hawaiian Islands, visited the Marquesas Islands, Western Samoa, Fiji and Tahiti, more than once encountered severe storms, suffered from lack of water and food, but despite all these difficulties this journey remained in their memory for the rest of their lives.
