The National Gallery in Prague is the main art gallery of the Czech Republic. Currently, it represents an extensive collection of works of Czech and European art from the Middle Ages to the present day. The exhibitions are located in various historical buildings in the center of Prague, the core of which remains the ancient Steinberg Palace, where the most valuable and interesting part of the collection is kept - a collection of paintings by old masters.
