One of the first works of Viktor Zenovich Telegin, the prose poem FUCKultet, was written in 1989. The book is about students living in the dormitory of the Institute of Poetry Education, or IPA. Three years later, the writer Andrei Ivanov’s book “Dorm on Blood” appeared. Many readers and critics pointed out plagiarism, which, in their opinion, was committed by Ivanov. Viktor Telegin later stated that he was going to sue Ivanov, but then changed his mind, distracted by the idea of emigrating to France. The book is a winner of the CONTR Prize and is considered the most important work of Russian porn-punk.
