Each animal has adapted to the climate in which it lives. A boa constrictor will never live in the north, and a beaver will never live in the south. There is a lot of food for elk in the southern forests, but they will die there from the heat. A leopard would hunt reindeer in the tundra, but it would not survive the cold in the tundra. And if suddenly the north became the hot south, and the south - the cold north, all the animals would die.
