Jesus Christ, the Lord God and the Son of God is the greatest Man in world history. The entire earthly journey of the Savior was extraordinary - from the amazing birth to the tragic but wonderful end. Jesus was passionate and contemplative, frank and subtle, authoritative - even harsh at times - and yet infinitely kind, understanding, forgiving and loving, so dazzling in His perfection that those around Him believed without hesitation in His Divine essence. He was the embodiment of the highest theological formula: God is love. The new commandments given by Jesus became the moral and social core of the Christian faith that He founded. If there is a place for kindness and generosity in the world now, in the 21st century, it is thanks to Jesus. For it is said in the Gospel of John: “I am the way and the truth and the life.”
