On July 21, at 12 noon, at the Kamchatka training ground Kronotsky, in the strictest secrecy, tests were carried out of the latest vacuum weapons, which were called “hole blowers” among its designers. For the first test, it was decided to “drill through the vacuum,” and at the same time the rocks, to a depth of one kilometer towards the center of the Earth. However, in reality the “hole” turned out to be much deeper. It passed through the earth's core and came out the other side. The designers of the “hole punch” soon died under mysterious circumstances.
