The collection by Kir Bulychev includes five stories: “Starship in the Forest”, “Photograph of an Alien”, “Black Carpet”, “Hercules and Hydra” and “Aliens”. In the first story, three brave guys - Seva, Oleg and Marina - save from the cruel Krangs, eager to take over the entire Galaxy, the little alien De, who is trying to warn the galactic patrol about the impending danger. In the story “Alien Photograph”, strange events occur on an ordinary playground in the courtyard of a house. They brought unnecessary metal rubbish from the neighboring forest, which had been rusting there for many years, and tried to make a children's playground out of it, but it turned out that the strange piece of iron contained a secret from the distant future, from the mysterious Barnard Star. The events of the story “The Black Carpet” unfold in a detective-like manner. in a fantastic way. Aliens arrive on Earth disguised as people to steal their ideas, inventions and even strong emotions from earthlings... And to store the stolen goods, a seemingly ordinary black bag is used, which is actually a store of feelings. In the story “Hercules and Hydra”, archaeologists came up with a device , which in any object or its fragment awakens the memory of its original form, which is very useful for their research, but some greedy characters hastened to take possession of this invention... In the last story, the aliens decided to pamper earthlings with the fulfillment of all their desires, which did not benefit people at all.
