The book proposes a method of poetic self-therapy developed and tested by the author. The reason for its creation was the rehabilitation work carried out by Oleg Shlyagovsky to restore his own body after being diagnosed with cancer twice, followed by a course of chemotherapy, radiation therapy, a complex neurosurgical operation and others surgical operations. The author, using unique historical facts from the lives of brilliant poets and writers of the last two centuries, convincingly shows how they themselves used the same path to restore health, having not only acquired, but also hereditary, congenital diseases.
