It took only two weeks for the Grand Duke of Artan Seryogin to throw the Land of the Rising Sun from the premonition of imminent victory into the abyss of inevitable defeat. But this is not the end, but only the beginning of a big game. Emperor Nicholas, abdicating the throne, hands over to his brother a country in far from the best condition. How will Seregin help the young Emperor Mikhail cope with the pre-revolutionary situation in Russia and at the same time repel the efforts of other major world powers who want to weaken and humiliate Russia? Will he be able to find a common language with the healthy part of the revolutionary movement and explain to representatives of the ruling classes, ossified in their arrogance, that they can no longer live like this?
