The sun is over Brixton. The Professor, pretending to be a road worker, drills into the pavement in search of a magic crown, lost in the time of Ethelred the Hesitant. Two former buddies prepare for a match in an arcade: one training, the other meditating. Divers staged a sit-in at the bottom of the North Sea. An ominous Chinese man is driving around Brixton - he is looking for a man named Alby the Hunger Striker. A girl is wandering around Brixton - she is a hired killer, she was tasked with taking out Alby the Hunger Strike. Albie the Hunger Striker sits at home, leafs through comics, talks with the hamster, constantly looks in the mirror and flinches at every knock on the door. He had no idea what he was getting into when he discovered a method for treating milk allergies.
Martin Millar's novel “Milk, Sulfate and Albie the Hunger Strike” is for the first time in Russian. You couldn't even imagine that there was such an England.
