Читаючи книгу "Психосоматика: найнебезпечніші емоції", я сподівався на більше практичних порад та глибину в розгляді теми. Автор, на жаль, не вдалося вразити мене оригінальністю підходу та новими відкриттями у галузі психосоматики. Деякі розділи здаються занадто загальними, а інформація про практичні рекомендації може бути більш детальною. Хоча тема книги важлива, але вона може залишити бажати кращого для тих, хто очікує глибокого розгляду психосоматичних процесів. Незважаючи на це, книга може бути корисною для тих, хто тільки починає вивчати цю тему.
