I, in general, was ready for any afterlife, starting from a glowing corridor with a higher being waiting at the end and ending with a completely classic paradise. He did not even reject the kingdom of Hel. Valhalla did not threaten me - only warriors go there, and I was not one of those, my profession was purely peaceful. The key word here is “was”, because now I have learned to swing a sword against my will. Otherwise, my relatives simply would not understand me. Life here is simple - you are either a warrior, or, at best, you belong to someone. But still, I value freedom. And I also want to live as long as possible. From the author: A two-volume book is planned. The first part is focused on describing the world, the second is more action.

Головний герой, який спочатку сприймає своє посмертя як щось звичне, поступово виявляє, що його нове життя в іншому вимірі вимагає від нього не лише адаптації, але й боротьби за свою свободу. Яскраві описи, глибокі роздуми та захоплюючі повороти сюжету роблять читання неймовірно цікавим. Чекаю з нетерпінням на другу частину, адже вже зараз відчуваю, що ця історія має потенціал стати класикою жанру! Рекомендую всім, хто любить фентезі з глибоким змістом!
