A collection of popular science stories dedicated to the inhabitants of the Azov-Black Sea basin. The author of the collection is Vladimir Vasilievich Korkosh, senior researcher at YugNIRO, candidate of biological sciences. Participated in 18 scientific search and research voyages in the Indian, Atlantic and Pacific oceans. He worked as an ichthyologist observer at numerous control and observation points in the Azov-Black Sea basin. He kept diary entries. He described his memories and observations in this collection. He is the winner of the city achievement rating “Golden Griffin 2015” in the category “For achievements in information activities.”
