The book is a commentary on the “Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the execution of the state function of control and supervision of compliance by road users with requirements in the field of road safety” and reflects all the changes and additions made to this document as of 2014 . The author, in an accessible form, introduces the reader to the rights and responsibilities of State Traffic Inspectorate employees, their methods of work, and gives specific recommendations on how to act in various situations that arise when communicating with representatives of the traffic police, police, and other officials. The book contains samples of documents filled out by road patrol officers when registering traffic violations and carrying out administrative procedures provided for by the Regulations.
