Captain Loginov was put on trial for honestly carrying out an order. He was betrayed by his former commanders in order to get out on his own. They have now soared very high and can buy judges, sentences and even the loyalty of enemies. The captain loses everything - home, family, friends. Following in his wake are those with whom he once fought in one of the mountain republics. Maxim Loginov has little choice - go to the slaughter or take the fight. The forces are not equal and one in the field is not a warrior. But the captain accepts the battle, begins his war and administers justice according to his own laws. From now on, his fate is the fate of a lonely samurai.
