The Holy Blessed Theophylact of Bulgaria compiled an interpretation of the New Testament, as well as a detailed interpretation of the Acts of the Apostles, the Council Epistles of the Apostles and the Epistles of the Apostle Paul. In them, he mainly offers a reduction of the extensive interpretations of the ancient Church Fathers, from which he takes only what is necessary for an accurate understanding of the passage being explained.
