Here is the first part of the famous work “The Decline of Europe” by the famous German philosopher and publicist Oswald Spengler (German: Oswald Spengler, 1880-1936). There are a number of cultures independent from each other in the world. Among the main ones, Spengler names Egyptian, Indian and Chinese cultures, and also predicts the imminent decline of Europe due to industrialization and urbanization of society.
