Книга "Собаки. Новий погляд на походження, поведінку та еволюцію собак" — це справжнє відкриття для всіх, хто цікавиться цими чудовими істотами. Автори, подружжя Коппінгерів, вдало поєднують науковий аналіз з доступною мовою, що робить матеріал зрозумілим і цікавим як для фахівців, так і для звичайних читачів. Книга охоплює широкий спектр тем, від походження собак до їхньої поведінки та еволюції, що дозволяє читачеві глибше зрозуміти, чому наші чотирилапі друзі поводяться саме так, як вони це роблять. Особливо вразила частина, де розглядаються породоспецифічні особливості з етологічної та генетичної точки зору — це справжній скарб для кінологів та тих, хто займається вихованням собак.
