At the helm was a woman whose power was limitless. Titles and heritage were passed down only through the female line. Men born into wealthy families were nothing more than cattle or bargaining chips. Those who were born into poverty fared even worse. One day, as a result of a clash with bandits on the street, Erskine dies and wakes up in his new body. Now he is forced to survive in a cruel world in which he has no rights at all. Will he be able to resist all his enemies? Will the unfriendly group understand what they are trying to achieve? And will he remain close to those who share his aspirations?

Ерскін, головний герой, проходить через неймовірні випробування, які змушують його переосмислити свою роль у суспільстві. Сюжет наповнений напругою, несподіваними поворотами та глибокими соціальними коментарями, що робить цю книгу актуальною для обговорення в наш час. Я б рекомендував її всім, хто цінує нестандартні підходи до жанру та хоче поринути у світ, де традиційні гендерні ролі перевернуті з ніг на голову. Це не просто книга, а справжній виклик для розуму!
