These dark times in the history of our country are told in the fairy tale novel “Children of the Raven” - the first of five “Leningrad Fairy Tales” by Yulia Yakovleva. For some reason, my dad went on a business trip at night, and a few days later my mother and little brother, and Shurka and Shurka disappeared without a trace. Tanya was left alone. “The raven took it away,” everyone around whispers. But what kind of Raven is this and who will show the way to it? The border between the city of Vorona and an ordinary city is easy to cross - but only one way. Only after realizing that the Raven in Leningrad in 1938 is everywhere, the fearless Shurka will be able to rebel against his gray kingdom.
