In all countries of the world, machines (artificial brains) controlled by people are being created. After a while, machines get out of human control, and a giant artificial brain leaves ground communications, creating its own information layer around the Earth. Trying to return the artificial brain to the control of earthlings, scientists are creating a new generation of similar machines, but history repeats itself. Young scientists Maxim and his assistant invent a fundamentally new machine based on bioelements, but the World Council of the Planet, led by financial tycoons, seize the machine and its creators. An attempt to force the captives to build another machine with the aim of finally conquering the world and raising the “Golden Billion”, obedient to the VSP, fails. In a difficult struggle, young scientists manage to free the world.
