Revenge, hatred, love, betrayal, the desire to understand each other and the impossibility of reaching an agreement - all these feelings will be experienced, along with the main characters, by the residents of the small Russian village where the story takes place.

The hero of the story, Yegor, is hereditary wolf hunter. He lived among nature, as his grandfather and great-grandfathers lived: he raised his daughter, loved the forest, hunted, shot wolves. But suddenly his life intersects with the life of an extraordinary she-wolf. The story that happened between Yegor and the leader of the pack - an intelligent, experienced, and therefore extremely dangerous she-wolf - became the plot of the story. Man and beast will have to go through many trials that will change them.
