Vorobiev Evgeniy Zakharovich [b. 11.29 (12.12).1910, Riga - 1990)], Russian Soviet writer, journalist, screenwriter. Participant of the Great Patriotic War. Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Journalism (1934). Worked for the newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda. He was awarded 2 orders, as well as medals. The main theme of his stories, novels and novels is war, the military feat of the Soviet people.
