In the house on Royal Street they love all dogs: small and large, puppies and adults. It was there that the Parker family opened a nursery and shelter for four-legged dogs. The children, Neil and Emily, do their best to help their elders take care of the dogs. And you can be sure: in their town, not a single homeless dog will be left without attention and care!

Dottie is the most disobedient and wayward dog Neil has ever met. And what’s most interesting: its owner is none other than the new history teacher!
