They are smart, skilled and skilled, they live for three hundred years and yet... it is the miniatures who, on behalf of people in their kingdom of the Alpine Mountains, hide the gold reserves of the European countries on whose territory these mountains are located. So it was... Until one day, at the end of the Second World War, one strong magician accidentally imposed a ban on the movement of gold from the world of miniatures to the world of people. This was the cause of the current European economic crisis. Nowadays, the grandson of that same magician and also a magician - pensioner Zvigunov - goes as a tourist to Germany, not suspecting what kind of political intrigue he was involved in. Almost spy adventures. Zvigunov accidentally ends up in the world of miniatures, puts it in order and... lifts the ban imposed by his grandfather on the movement of gold. This is the magic of words. An unusual word. Swearing. However, there is not a single swear word in the novel - only ellipses. “People and Miniatures” is a science fiction novel-fairy tale, and the author tried, behind a fairy-tale tone, to reveal some aspects of science in the field of systems theory, control theory and personality psychology.
