After all, Sonic Youth were scoring a film that Loriga (“the post-existentialist bastard offspring of Albert Camus”) himself directed based on his book (“the best deconstruction of the cult of TV celebrity since Don DeLillo’s White Noise”): about how a guy accidentally finds a gun, accidentally kills one person, kidnaps a young beauty who has an eye on a singer, accidentally kills another person - and while the police are closing the circle, all his relatives and acquaintances become media stars.
