Від самого початку читання я опинився в епіцентрі подій, де тележурналістка Брітт Шеллі та детектив Рейлі Геннон намагаються розгадати таємницю смерті Джея Берджесса. Автор майстерно переплітає елементи трилера з емоційними переживаннями героїв, що робить історію ще більш захопливою. Яскраво описані сцени пожежі та наслідків, які вона залишила, створюють атмосферу напруги та невизначеності. Читач постійно залишається в напрузі, намагаючись передбачити, що ж станеться далі.
