Russia. Our days...A group of friends - Dima, Pollock, Katya, Tanya and Olya - are having a fun weekend. Drinks, snacks, dancing, flirting of varying degrees of severity. And no one cares what happens in the outside world. They, of course, notice some oddities. Some guys who look like stoned homeless people are stomping around in an empty playground. There is a traffic jam on the street - the cars are parked tightly and do not even try to move. And in the top news portals they play a video in which some drug addict gnaws a person alive. Friends are not particularly worried. After all, it’s clear that this is a viral advertisement for another horror movie. But everything turned out to be much worse. And zombies, as if straight out of a Hollywood blockbuster, poured into the streets of Russian cities... What was once called Russia. Duration of action is unknown...

Вражаюча та тривожна історія про сучасність
Книга "Один" вразила мене своєю глибиною та актуальністю. Автор майстерно зобразив компанію друзів, які, здавалося б, живуть звичайним життям, але на фоні їх веселощів розгортається жахлива реальність, яка поступово проникає в їхній світ. Цей контраст між безтурботністю молоді та загрозою, що насувається, створює напружену атмосферу, яка тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Описані події змушують задуматися про те, як легко ми можемо ігнорувати небезпеки, що нас оточують, поки не стане занадто пізно. Книга не лише розважає, але й спонукає до роздумів про сучасне суспільство, його проблеми та виклики. Рекомендую всім, хто любить якісну літературу з елементами трилера та соціальної критики!
